Responsible for managing a significantly large amount of technical equipment's for two separate specialist organizations. Responsible for setting policy, procedures and maintaining legislative standards. Chairing senior equipment manager meetings, setting agendas, policy and coordinating guidance and direction as required. Setting the organizations vast vehicle and complex equipment fleet tasking and repair priorities. As a team leader, I assist with all accommodation and technical build projects. I am also responsible for staff development, goal setting, appraisals, & discipline for MOD and civilian personnel.

As a Squadron Quartermaster (QM), I was responsible for all Logistic, Resourcing and Equipment matters including; vehicle & equipment fleet management, SHEF and equipment care training & implimentation, Fund manager, Welfare officer, E&D advisor, and Military Engineer advisor to the Head of Establishment. Senior manger for all Hard and Soft FM contracts in the UK and when deployed overseas.

Saffron Walden, Essex

Responsibilities consisted of being the chief advisor to the head of establishment for 1,000+ employees on a number of professional and welfare issues. For coordinating and briefing senior management including MPs and foreign dignitaries that were external to the organization, including media management. I also planned, monitored and enforced security and managerial checks in line with statutory and legislative regulations, including all SHEF related matters. I was also the Presiding Member for two private club committees, responsible for setting agendas, organizing functions and social events as well as controlling their property and budgets. Notably, I also set up and established a charity fund for injured employees, raising sustainable long term funding.

Sierra Leone, Camberly & Cambridge

As a Senior Instructor I was responsible for the detailed planning, organization, coordination, delivery and monitoring of military construction engineering and leadership training. I also briefed and advised senior management as well as DFID and NGO personnel on a number of construction engineering, security and leadership related matters routinely. As a logistic and equipment manager I was also responsible for the planning, movement and accountability for several departments technical stores, worth in excess of £3M. Secondary roles included being the organizations 180+ employees SHEF, welfare and discipline manager.
