As the founder and President of Grand Rapids Tech I have and still do wear many hats.

Research, implementation, and trouble-shooting of new software such as Citrix XenApp and other software. Working with servers, desktops, laptops, netbooks, etc, through means of software and hardware alterations. Serviced 400+ users in a terminal services environment with an IT dept of 5 people. Ran Cat5E cable, terminated them per TIA-B requirements, punched them down in the server room, patched the connections into the appropriate switches for phone and internet. Helped create a universal Windows XP image used on almost all of the workstations in the organization. Created a method to integrate updated Active Directory passwords on systems that are running Deep Freeze and set up the administration of the Deep Freeze Admin console. I still work with Goodwill of GGR every now and then as an IT contractor.

Ran the business when my partner wasn't there, headed up all repairs such as motherboard installs on laptops or soldering onlaptops, designed the POS system, etc.
