Throughout my sixteen-year career at SWSG, I have steadily advanced from a Junior Mechanical Engineer to my recent promotion as a Director of Program Management. My can-do attitude and adaptability have facilitated a smooth transition into this new role, where I now oversee all aspects of projects, from programming and design development to construction administration and commissioning.As a Director of Program Management, I am responsible for directing and coordinating a project team that includes architects, engineers, CADD designers, and construction managers. My main objective is to ensure the effective and efficient design and administration of construction for various facilities and buildings, including mission-critical data centers, cannabis facilities, and telecom projects. I take pride in my diligent approach, closely monitoring project budgets and schedules to meet targets and deliver within the specified timeframe. I also recognize the importance of aligning my work with the client's objectives, making me the primary point of contact for them.
