I Oversaw all phases of construction of residential projects from inception to completion. I Provide daily direction and oversight of the construction process during the entire construction project, which includes Scoping home, Issuing Change Orders, and Inspections. As well as keeping the job on budget and adhering to the strict completion dates. Identify any construction processes that do not adhere to the company’s construction standards. Negotiate fees and business decisions for contracts with professional contractors. Manage and monitor project closeout procedures including punch lists, and warranty walk through. Issues substantial completion inspections and confirm completion any issues found. Monitor, and maintain, job site safety.

Everything from general remodeling to full room additions, and building livestock barns.I spent 4 years doing property preservation and REO work, after that I spent a year as a general contractor for American Homes 4 Rent and then an additional year working as a general contractor for Waypoint homes at which time i went to work as a full time employee of Waypoint homes on January 4 th 2015.
