As the Personnel Chief at Combat Logistics Battalion-23, I am responsible for the administrative functions of the battalion, which supports the Marine Expeditionary Unit's deployment readiness and combat operations. I manage the personnel records, orders, and reports of over 500 Marines, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness. I also supervise and mentor a team of 15 administrative clerks, providing them with guidance, training, and feedback.I have more than six years of experience in administration, both in the military and civilian sectors. I graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020, where I honed my critical thinking, communication, and research skills. I am proficient in various administrative software and systems, and I have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership skills. I am passionate about supporting the mission, vision, and values of the Marine Corps, and I strive to provide excellent service to my fellow Marines, their families, and the command.
