Successfully commissioned and start-up of Three, 300Mmcf/day (900Mmcf/day) Cryogenic gas plants in the Permian Basin.Lead Operator Enterprise Products Partners, L.P., Mentone, TX● Coordinate with contractors and lead daily operations to keep the plant operating at high capacity● Draft Job Plan and lead Job Plan meetings to keep the stakeholders aligned on the order of operations needed to complete the work for the Job Plan set forth.● Track PPE, monitor and order operator supplies to ensure the plant is well-equipped to support operations● Perform as an interim supervisor when the plant supervisor is off-site and/or on PTO. During their leave, provide supply notes, participate in morning calls, and act as a point of contact.● Train new operators to ensure they understand the proper protocol and procedures. Complete OQ evaluations.● Operate, start up, and shut down the natural gas plant and pipeline equipment. This includes amine-treating plants, propane refrigeration systems, reciprocating natural gas compressors, TE dehydrators, fluid separation equipment, valves, gas measurement equipment, large valves, etc.● Adjust controls to operate equipment in the recommended operating ranges, meet customer specifications, and maintainsafe gathering system pressures.● Collaborate with the direct supervisor on new and improved ideas associated with a growing plant and pipeline system● Monitor plant and pipeline operations, and respond to emergencies by troubleshooting issues● Monitor gas gathering systems through SCADA and make calls to alert customers to situations that could affect gas deliveries.● Read, monitor, and record operating conditions such as pressure, temperature, hours of operation, fuel consumption, water levels, etc. using the plant's Honeywell Control System.

Operate Rover machine units to purify oil drilling and hydraulic fracturing water also known as flow-back water, to customer’s specifications for re-usage. Monitors electronic panel-board and adjusts controls to regulate flow rates, loss of head pressure and distribution of product water. Perform hourly tests on product water to check specific gravity, temperature, pH levels and turbidity during and after the chemical induction process.Perform all duties in compliance with federal, state and local regulations governing the wastewater treatment process.

Experienced in executing the assembly, the running and the proper down-hole setting of various service line equipment for the purpose of providing drillable and retrievable tools; such as obsidian (caged ball and ball drop) frac plugs for customer’s wells. Responsible for operating completion tools equipment and making hydrostatic calculations of well conditions at the work site. As a result, I have become familiar with the general wireline and completion tools duties/procedures and worked very closely with wireline engineers and company consultants.
