• Implements frameworks designed to identify, evaluate and manage Operational related risk and controls across the enterprise or a particular business unit or function.• Integrates the framework with business operations and keeps key stakeholders across the enterprise informed about new or existing operational assets and third-party vendor engagements; leads and supports various programs, including risk and control self-assessment (RCSA), process, risk and controls, and other risk policies, standards and processes• Effectively designs and evaluates controls and sustainable solutions to mitigate operational and technology risk to ensure there is comprehensive coverage and a joint accountability model that promotes early identification of risk.• Supports the execution and documentation of testing for in scope processes across Operations and First Line of Defense (FLoD) business units.

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for developing and managing profitable business partnerships with CHTL clients.
