• Worked in various Change Management and Strategic Communication roles.• Worked in a Strategic Communications Specialist role on the firm’s New York State account assisting the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) Call Center. This role required I edit scripts for call center operators to use when dealing with various situations with New York State residents and to lead a morning call with ERAP Call Center Supervisors one to two times per week that announced the release of new scripts, updates to existing scripts, ERAP policy updates and reminders of additional resources available for supervisors and operators.• Contributed to the implementation of the Air Force Force Generation Model (AFFORGEN) at Scott Air Force Base in O’Fallon, IL. Contributions include finalizing the Case for Change, creating ready-to-go emails for senior leaders that provided a high-level overview of AFFORGEN, and assisting with organizing an AFFORGEN Kick-off meeting for senior leaders at Scott in February.• Supported the Navy Financial Management & Comptroller (FM&C) on the firm’s Navy Financial Improvement Program (FIPMAC) in a Strategic Communication role. My main responsibilities included supporting the client in creating material for FM&C’s LinkedIn page. Material included PowerPoint slide decks highlighting Navy Budgeting Submitting Offices (BSO) and job opportunities.

• Served as a Strategic Communications Specialist for the Booz Allen Change Management team, working directly with client to assist with on-going strategic planning initiatives with the Functional Management Division (FMD) as part of the deployment of a new Information Technology system (IPPS-A).• Led effort to improve social media outreach by establishing relationship with the administrator of the Adjutant General All The Way Facebook page, which has over 10,000 followers. • Provided excellent strategic communication, research and analysis, and social media support. This support included creating storyboards summarizing IPPS-A Podcasts for the Army Chief of Staff, Vice Chief of Staff, Secretary of the Army and the Army G1 to view. • Created change management and strategic communications related deliverables to include news articles, social media posts, video products and executive correspondence. • Continued to provide strategic communications, research and analysis, and strategic planning support by speaking with points of contact within FMD’s Branches about their recent accomplishments.

• Served as a Strategic Communications Analyst for the Booz Allen team, delivering support to the Army National Guard Installation & Environment (I&E) Directorate.• Provided excellent public affairs, research and analysis, and strategic planning support.• Contributed to a seven-person team that organized the I&E’s directorate’s annual training seminars. • Utilized public affairs, and research and analysis skills to organize the Directorate’s annual publication, The Foundations of Readiness.• Established the I&E Directorate’s Facebook page by developing the type of page (closed group), the content for the page and frequency of posts, plus who has administrative rights to the page. As part of the establishment of the Facebook page, created Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Along with type of content, frequency of posts and administrative rights holders, the SOP also offered procedures to follow in the event the page is hacked, a violent threat is made or an event involving Army National Guard members makes national news.

• Managed military pre-deployment process resulting in higher levels of unit readiness and preparedness at the Air Force Wing level.• Managed upgrade training for junior enlisted airmen and noncommissioned officers resulting in increased number of airmen completing their five and seven-level career development courses.• Evaluated each process through quantitative analysis to improve the efficiency in which airmen were completing their upgrade training and completing steps within the pre- and post-deployment processes.• Provided a summary to Wing Commander monthly with updated data on each Wing staff member’s upgrade training status.

• Contributed to a two-person team that developed a public affairs plan to publicize the accomplishments of the 137th Special Operations Wing organizations and members through news articles, social media posts, and audiovisuals. • Received Air Force Commendation Medal for tripling the number of articles posted to the Wing website from December of 2014 to December of 2015 from the previous three years.• Established guidelines for public affairs office articles to include story length and subject matter.• Contributed to the organization of a press kit to provide to local media who came to the base to include talking points for the base commander to use during interviews.

• Served as a staff writer for the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Belvoir’s base newspaper, providing public affairs, research and analysis, and strategic planning support to Fort Belvoir’s various organizations. • Provided excellent public affairs, research and analysis, and strategic planning support through promotion and re-capping of events and programs on base for Soldiers and their families, communicating with the various organizations about upcoming events and creating product timelines.• Topics covered in articles included suicide prevention, social media security and domestic violence.• Developed 6-part series of articles with Headquarters Battalion, U.S. Army Garrison Fort Belvoir on their Character Counts program to ensure clarity of key program components to soldiers, their families, and Army civilians.• Engaged in strategic planning meetings with organization managers and program directors, as well as the Editor of the Eagle to evaluate data and trends within their program to ensure articles reached necessary audience.• Honorable mention for the Major General Keith L.
