PW1100 30K Base HPC Validation Group Project Support (Mar 2018-Aug 2019)-Worked with SEV and IPTs to determine appropriate plans for hardware manufacture, calibration, and delivery. Responsible for determining validation requirements.-Reported information from all IPTs to SEV daily about status of test engine parts, instrumentation, test plans, and test status for all PW1100 engines.-Created and presented numerous Pedigree Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, and Engine Teardown Inspections to SEV and Program.-Travelled to other Pratt and Whitney facilities to perform engine teardown inspections for HPC components. Worked with shop floor personnel, wrote orders for the parts to be cleaned, created photo documentation of each part, including written descriptions of the state of each part, and reported the results to SEV and the relevant IPTs.-Utilized SAP to determine stock availability, locate parts in the system, and monitor QN status.-Invited to MTU facilities in Munich, Germany to build more collaborative relationships and build better understanding of Pratt and Whitney manufacturing and assembly processes.PW1100 30K PIP HPC IBRs IPT Project Lead (Aug 2019 – May 2020)-Communicated daily with the different disciplines within my IPT (design, structures, industrial), worked to achieve design completion, part delivery, and test requirement specifications on the components for all PW1100 engines.-Created detailed schedules in MS Project for each set of engine components and communicated those schedules to upper management.-Used those MS Project schedules for each test engine and used them to determine current actuals and future projections for hardware costs and human resource allocations.-Conducted project discipline reviews based around Engineering Standard Work (ESW). -Created, scheduled, and presented Part Release Reviews.-Utilized SAP to manage quality notifications, determine stock availability, and manage budget resources.
