About Justin Driscoll

Justin is responsible for LEAD's early-stage investment activity and portfolio management. As the first U.S. employee, he has contributed to sourcing, executing, and managing 20+ investment transactions. Prior to joining LEAD, he spent two years in an operational capacity at a holding company called DS Sports and Magnus Group, which acquired youth sports event companies and built a ball-tracking technology platform. As a former student-athlete playing baseball, Justin earned a BA in Economics and an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
