Having worked for over ten years at a small independent bike shop my role has covered many different areas with a primary focus on quality service and repair for all types of bicycles including mountain, gravel, road and e-bikes. Writing service tags and estimates and working with customers to understand and resolve issues in a timely matter that meets expectations. Opening and closing store duties with ocassional employee management during those times. Working with customers on buying bikes and accessories and providing excellent customer service. Working with vendors and distributors to source and order parts as well as resolve technical or warranty issues. Primary point of sale use with lightspeed retail but also tracking online orders with shopify, paypay. In addition listing and managing item sales through ebay and other online sales platforms. Managing shop computer systems and equipment including POS terminals, scanners, printers and computer systems.

Assist with editing and media management in Avid Media Composer

Set up for and perform live sound for weekly live performances, transcribe music and provide sheet music for the band, set up and run keynote slide presentations during the performances.
