About Justin Eggleston

As a kid, I always loved technology, whether playing the latest video games, trying out the newest apps, or just spending time browsing the internet. I loved being on the forefront of technology and am grateful for my parents providing for me in ways that allowed me to use technology from a young age. As I’ve gotten older, it’s been amazing to see how much has changed and how fast it continues to change. Seeing the value as a kid, I always want to evolve with the times.Upon graduation from Howard University with a B.A. in Economics, I joined Deloitte as a Business Analyst. I started off in the Supply Chain practice doing Sourcing & Procurement work which allowed me to grow core consulting skills for a large healthcare client. After a couple years supporting this effort, I became more interested in technology, specifically Robotic Process Automation. I began taking trainings to learn more about the technology which led me to supporting multiple projects for state, local, and higher ed clients implementing automation solutions. Over the course of these efforts, I grew from a functional analyst role to a team lead of developers implementing these projects. I then wanted to take my understanding of technology to a project that aligned more with my passions for supporting HBCUs and now serve as a PMO Lead of a large-scale technology implementation in support of HBCUs.Through Consulting, I’ve been able to find new projects in areas that have interested me over time. I’ve always been someone who has enjoyed technology and the many ways it can be leveraged for building complex solutions. I’m happy I’ve been able to transition into a space where I am on the forefront of implementing these solutions.I love my work because I am getting to make an impact on a community I deeply care about. It is important for me to do work that aligns with my passions and interests as it creates a deeper layer of interest and motivation to provide a successful solution.My primary goal is to continue to grow and learn new skills as I continue as a professional.
