First and foremost I'm a problem solver. Whether it's trying to prove a mathematical theorem, deriving an expression in Physics, developing a computational algorithm, coming up with another way to explain a scientific or mathematical concept to a student, solving a puzzle or a chess problem or figuring out a way to repair an appliance at home, I'm always seeking solutions to problems. The satisfaction I obtain from arriving at the solution is always very gratifying and is a reward in itself.Secondly, I enjoying learning for the sake of learning and moreover, I derive great pleasure in gaining the understanding of how things work from the atomic to the cosmic scale. As many of my former colleagues can attest to, I very much enjoy sharing the knowledge that I've obtained with others.My modest ambition is to find employment where I may be able to apply my skills and talents to solving problems that contribute to the betterment of our society and world.
