Starting with HCI as I turned 16, I’ve been with the company for several years. HCI has helped me grow not only as a person, but as a leader. After a brief hiatus to assist myself in picking up more skills and widen my experience, I returned to HCI as an assistant manager to continue gaining experience and increase my knowledge and abilities. Now my daily duties include but are not limited to: Inventory management, bringing on new members of our staff, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and providing excellent support and service to not only our guests, but our staff and vendors as well.
