My name is Justin Hagan. I am an automotive business professional. I specialize in automotive finance & leasing. I work for the Meriden Hyundai/Genesis, as the Finance Director in Meriden, CT. I started in the business as a sales associate with the Executive Auto Group in 2004 at Jeep/Nissan in North Haven, CT. In the summer of 2006 I moved myself to Tampa, Florida to run the sales team for my familys sheet metal fabrication shop in Oldsmar Florida. There is where I learned to manage a staff of my own, and build a business plan. After a couple other business startups and the reccession of 2009, I moved back to Connecticut to give the "Car Business" another try. I started work at Stevens Ford/Lincoln/Chrysler/Dodge as a Internet Manager in December of 2009. It was a great opportunity to get the rust off, and I truly appreciate everything the Stevens family did for me in my time there. But, January 1, 2011 it was time to go back to where it all started, the Executive Auto Group, and Jeep/Nissan of North Haven. They offered me a position as a F&I manager and after a year working under two really strong personalities, I was promoted to Liberty Mazda of Hartford. February of 2015 after parting ways with Executive Auto I joined the team of Danbury Auto Group for 8 years working with KIA, CDJR, Hyundai and Genesis in Danbury. In the summer of 2021 I decided to move closer to home and take a position for Meriden Hyundai/Genesis
