In my current role at Dart, I manage a diverse portfolio of teams and projects from investment analysis to horticulture. In addition to overseeing the development planning for Dart’s real estate projects and properties, my responsibilities include managing Dart’s real estate assets.Dart’s vision to create exceptional opportunities, places, and experiences that enrich lives now and for future generations, is exemplified in our long-term approach to real estate development. I am proud to have been part of both the initial design and construction of Camana Bay, and its continued growth to include an expanded Cayman International School, the new Foster’s supermarket, and OLEA, our first for-sale residential offering. My tenure has also included the business planning and delivery of the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa.My background is in civil engineering and I have over 25 years of experience in the development, construction and operation of large-scale, mixed-use properties across the UK and Caribbean.
