I worked in a management capacity with some support staff and a high amount of research interviewers reporting to me. Was responsible for projects, project budgets, and the people who reported to me. I consulted with the Field Director, Project Management, and Client Services on many different occasions offering valuable insight into different project and office initiatives.

In the position of Field Supervisor I was responsible for running different high priority projects. I made sure that production metrics were in line if not better than specifications and I offered coaching, feedback, and motivation to the different teams of interviewers who were working for me. I was promoted quite quickly from this position to a management position when it was noted that I was performing very well in this position.

In the capacity of Assistant Supervisor I was mainly involved in quality control and staff morale to start however, when it was noted that I was excelling in the position I was given more responsibility. There was a project that a Field Supervisor was having troubles with (getting the production metrics up and staying within budget. This is the entry level position within the company. I learned my role very quick. I contacted different businesses to conduct surveys regarding many different business tools used today. I received many awards and plenty of recognition and was typically not just one of the best but the top producer on the majority of studies I worked on which helped me begin to get promoted within the company. I was able to teach staff what I did to be the top producer in the office.
