As a Producer for the ABC I'm currently producing The Art Of… which is a premium documentary series that takes the audience through a presenter-led journey to try to answer life's big questions through the lens of art. The series is hosted by Namila Benson, alongside various special guest hosts including Matt Preston and Courtney Act. For this series I produced two full episodes, Masculinity and Food, and co-produced numerous others both out in the field and in post producing. As a Producer on this series I oversee and manage the production process from research through to delivery online. The series has allowed me to bring my cinematic eye and strength in narrative storytelling with great results. The series has required me to work with high profile participants such as Angélique Kidjo, Ben Shewry and Winston McCall through to amazing visual artists such as Billy Bain and Megan Kope A highlight on this series has been taking Matt Preston to Sulawesi to view one of the oldest cave paintings in recorded history.

Attitude Pictures produces the long-running documentary series Attitude, focusing on the lives of people living with disabilities. We also produce Down for Love, a primetime series that follows the romantic endeavours of people living with Down Syndrome, as well as numerous series for RNZ and HEIHEI. In my role at Attitude, I research and direct stories for the main series - seeing them from pre-production, all the way through to post. My talent for building strong relationships with participants is integral to this role, allowing me to create an incredible experience for them, while delivering an excellent final product. In addition to my work on the series, as Development Producer I have succeeded in securing NZ On Air funding for two shows; primetime series Down for Love, for which I was Casting Producer and Assistant Director, and the short digital series What's the Disibili-Tea, which I produced and directed.

NZME Vision is a high paced, fast turnover content department that delivers products both internally for NZME brands and external for commercial clients including Salvation Army, Grab One, Range Rover and Book a Bach. My role with this department was highly varied and covered directing and producing content. Project production management included: overseeing budgets, schedules, contractor management, and systems. Social media and marketing strategy, alongside web development. Through my time with this company I also oversaw all incoming web series for Watch Me by building relationships with external production companies and with the NZME brands.

As a Director Assistant I would managing the rundowns, overseeing the scripts, assist a Director with the filming of episodes and oversee the post production mix sessions. Other responsibilities include writing and directing the advice segments for the show. This included organising shoots and writing the scripts followed by directing the segments. I also oversaw the set maintenance making sure it is always in a filmable condition, liaising with both talent and clients and writing other segments for the show.

During my time working in the Production Assistant role for Pickled Possum Production I focussed on the shows weekly art department liaising with the director for their vision as well as camera assisting and logging during filming. My other focusses were set maintenance and management as well as look after talent and guest when they would be present for filming.

As a Director I currently looking after the show in its entirety from start to finish. Starting on developing and managing the rundowns, overseeing the scripts and coordinating the art department with a Production Assistant to then directing and assisting other Directors with the filming of the episodes followed by overseeing the post production mix sessions.Other responsibilities include writing and directing the advice and early childhood segments for the show. This included organising shoots and writing the scripts followed by directing the segments.

My role first started as an internship during the Season Six production period. My role during this time was focussed on office management, transcribing the episodes and helping with the art department. I moved onto part time work for the company during the pre-production period creating and exporting promotional videos as well as working with Photoshop to edit and manipulate images for the “Let’s Get Inventin’ App.
