- Served as a Sawyer and Firefighter Type II for the North Star Fire Crew. - Responded to and worked on nine fire incidents during the 2024 fire season, working a total of 670 hours of overtime. - Developed proficiency in chainsaw maintenance, tree felling, drip torches, cutting direct and indirect fire line, mopping hot spots, green and black gridding.

- Performed custodial duties, assisted with truck and trailer services, and ensured all company vehicles were clean prior to departure from the shop. - Exercised skills such as backing large trailers, the use of grinders, acetylene torches, Skid Steer, and Forklift.

- Served as a Millworks Customer Service Associate. - Completely revamped the Millworks department to ensure product organization, improve product display, and streamline the customer’s shopping experience. - Provided excellent customer service throughout the store, taking the extra steps to ensure customers received the help they deserved even in departments that were not my own.

• Served as the lead planner for a Platoon Live Fire on a Battalion Staff. Conducted direct coordination with both civilians and adjacent military organizations to ensure that the operation was resourced, streamlined, and risk was minimized to allow over 500 soldiers to train under conditions that closely replicated combat.• Battle Captain in response to a downed helicopter crisis in the Alaskan wilderness; coordinated between aviation assets, ground response team, and members of the EPA to safely recover two aircraft and conduct site cleanup.• Controlled Battalion calendars, synchronizing the operations of five companies throughout the training cycle. Used critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail to ensure all tasks were completed to standard despite ever changing conditions and timelines.

• Despite Alaska’s extreme cold weather, built a sense of identity in the organization that had not existed through effective team building, resulting in high morale and espirit de corps. • Entered the position at the end of a yearlong training cycle with only 25% of vehicles being functional just weeks before a national training event (JPMRC). Utilized effective task management, communication, and problem solving to ensure all vehicles were fully functional before JPMRC.• Hand selected as the Company liaison to Japan; conducted bilateral planning and preparations to enable a multinational training event that took place in Kiroshima, Japan. • Planned and executed the Squad Live Fire exercises that trained over 140 soldiers in a training event designed to replicate combat. The training event was so dynamic and effective it was utilized as the standard by other companies the following year.

• Performed in a duty position far outside of the professional training I had received. Supervised a team of over 50 mechanics through the process of vehicle recovery operations, repair part ordering and processing, and vehicle/weapon repairs.
