One of the greatest joys in my life is watching someone succeed in part because I wouldn’t let them settle for less than their best. I love coaching people to be the best version of themselves by being transparent, caring and bold. I believe that people are almost always capable of more than they believe and it is a leaders job to help them understand that unrealized potential. I am a constant student of organizational health and leadership with a passion for applying my learning to produce bottom line results. While working with Chick-fil-A, I learned customer service from one of the best in the business. I have a passion for passing that knowledge along to others in order to create exceptional guest experiences in a variety of environments. Although I understand that people are always a businesses greatest asset, I also understand that a horse and cart most often work best together. If people are the horse, processes are the cart. I love evaluating processes and systems to maximize efficiency and productivity. When I am not obsessing over growing people and systems, I love spending time with my Wife and our two children, especially at our favorite place in the World, Disney World.
