Manual testing of software and mobile apps for the Loterie Romande as an External consultant.Testing is done in French and German.Set up Tests, Test Plans and Executions using Jira in an Agile framework.Keeping the bugs in Jira and the Confluence up to date with all relevant information/documents.Weekly bug reviews with our providers and project managers to be sure we are on track.Midway through the project I became a team leader with two testers that were assigned to me that I also trained to make sure the project was delivered on time.Successfully delivered the E-Billets part of the new Website and Apps for Loterie Romande.

Production work and live work on the game Riders Republic.Daily tests depending on the scope given to me and making sure stability isn’t affected.Working as a team to make sure no scope is left unfinished.Creating and assigning Jiras to the right developer.Writing daily reports for the project leads.Daily meetings to stay and keep everybody updated on what we are working on and it’s progress.Exchanging information with other Ubisoft studios around the world working on the same project.

Internal promotion to this position.Sale of Carrefour Banking products, creation and monitoring of customer files (Carrefour Pass credit card, revolving credit, loans).Learning and using banking software.Listen, understand and solve different customer problems.Group work to achieve daily goals.

I occupied the same position that I had from October 2018 to March 2019.

I have to take care of clients (departure and arrival), explain safety rules on the boats and on the lake. Another important part of my job was to get clients to return multiple times throughout their vacation.I also helped train new staff and managed them when needed.I started doing this in the summer of 2011 and have worked there every summer expect 2018 (semester abroad).In 2019, I did a full 6 month contract.

I worked full time for the first four months than switched to a student contract when classes started again.I started at four in the morning in order to make sure all the shelves were full and cleaned before opening.

While doing my semester abroad, I helped Japanese and International Students with their English and French depending on what they wanted to practice.
