Conduct “hands-on” operational training periodically for conference operators, including(But not limited to): Conference Microphone Simultaneous Interpretation equipment, audio -visual systems, computer systems and applications, robotic television camera systems, broadcast systems, Media Asset Management System (MAMS), as related to broadcast and conference operations. Determine the material and human resources requirements for meetings and ensure that all required services are available. Serve as team leader in projects dealing with the planning, specification, design, development, implementation and maintenance of simple computer application systems; liaise with users to define and specify requirements. Set up and operate PA system.Set up display(s) for PowerPoint presentations.Operate video conferences and TelePresence sessions remotely and on site.Coordinate AV room-integration tasks and persistently follow-up to meet deadlines.Help clients to make last-minute changes to existing conferences and to set-up ad hoc meetings.Schedule, manage, monitor and control video conferences with Cisco TelePresence Management Suite.Guide users on how to book, manage and operate VC / WebEx / TelePresence sessions.Assist users and remote participants to connect on mobile devices.Assist the Operations Manager in managing of Conference Operations, (in the Conference Control Centre and Conference Control Booths) in administration and maintenance of the Conference Microphone Simultaneous Interpretation equipment (CMSI), digital systems technology and related equipment. and scheduling of manpower/facilities through BCSS.
