- Provide daily supervision and direction to 18-20 (1st & 2nd shift teams) within Fairing Composite Lamination. Responsible for the development of team members through the individual goal setting, training, and timely feedback. Development of program and operating schedules (90+ days look ahead) while providing accurate visibility of the program status in relation to the plan and schedule. Analyze and solve production complications while coordinating with other functional areas to mitigate delays within production schedules. Identify cost, schedule, and technical errors, or potential difficulties, and obtain resolutions in a timely manner. Directing the implementation of risk mitigation plans and/or corrective actions. Establishment of effective customer relationships in efforts to align customer expectations through coordination with Centers of Excellence (COE) in Fort Worth. Provide the highest quality product or service that meets the needs of internal and external customers. Experienced in Materials Requirement Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning, Production Control, Program Management, Engineering Administration; identifying and leading projects across multiple functions; and working within systems such as SAP and CAMs to solve and troubleshoot scheduling errors with a focus on balancing manufacturing build schedules

Provide daily supervision and direction to 25 direct non-bargaining employees within Amarillo Ply Cut. Areas of responsibility include: Adhering to build plan requirements to support Rotor on-time delivery; provide the proper allocation of cutting resources; Production and Delivery of V22, H1, 406, and Commercial Aircraft. Responsible for meeting corresponding goals for total recordable injury rate, lost time injury rate, defects per man hour, overhead budget, crew efficiency, on-time deliveries, performance-based payments and cost reduction initiatives. Ensuring that a safe working environment exists that will prevent work hazards to personnel and equipment. Working with cross-functional groups such as production control, engineering, quality assurance, quality engineering, tooling, vendors, planning, Environmental Health & Safety Department, flight operations, compliance ISO/AS9100 audit teams and continuous improvement organization

Areas of responsibility include: Adhering to build plan requirements to support all laminate cell’s on-time delivery; provide the proper allocation of cutting resources; Production and Delivery of V22, H1, 406/407 and 609 Main Rotor Yokes. Responsible for meeting corresponding goals for total recordable injury rate, lost time injury rate, defects per man hour, overhead budget, crew efficiency, on-time deliveries, performance-based payments and cost reduction initiatives. Ensuring that a safe working environment exists that will prevent work hazards to personnel and equipment. Provide daily supervision and direction to 10-12 direct non-bargaining employees within H1 Final Assembly over a span of 2 aircraft. Areas of responsibility included: Hydraulic Functional Testing, Electrical Functional Testing, H1-Y Flight Control Rigging, Rotor System Install, and transferring of aircraft to flight operations; ensuring that installations met all specifications and engineering requirements. Responsible for meeting corresponding goals for total recordable injury rate, lost time injury rate, defects per man hour, overhead budget, crew efficiency, on-time deliveries, performance-based payments and cost reduction initiatives. Areas of responsibility included: the major mate of aircraft wing fuselage and empennage-fuselage; assembly and installation of major components, including engines, gearboxes, and all other aircraft systems; ensure that installations meet all specifications and engineering requirements. Responsible for meeting corresponding goals for total recordable injury rate, lost time injury rate, defects per man hour, overhead budget, crew efficiency, on-time deliveries, performance-based payments and cost reduction initiatives. Assist shop floor supervisor with the knowledge, experience, and leadership within V22 Final Assembly. Primary responsibilities include: providing direction to the crew in developing work assignments, planning best work sequence of the current build process, resolution of daily problems inhibiting assembly efforts, assisting with technical instruction and maintaining close coordination with Supervision. Ensuring that all crew members are safely completing each task with quality workmanship and all underlining procedures efficiently.

Performed a wide variety of difficult and diversified electrical assembly operations such as: installing intergraded wire assemblies, termination of ribbon / conventional harness assemblies, routing/clamping of harness assemblies; installing flight controls, drive shafts, gearboxes, engines and minor structure repair/rework. Operations also included complete aircraft; DITMCO, aircraft external power, aircraft hydraulic pressure, fuel testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.

15X / Apache Armament-Electrical:- Performed maintenance on AH-64 armament / electrical systems at the unit, intermediate and depot level. Diagnosed and troubleshot malfunction on electrical, fire control and weapon systems for Army rotary winged aircraft. Removed, installed and repaired electrical flight control components according to technical manuals. Isolated faults and troubleshot weapons systems for mechanical and electrical functions using diagnostic test equipment.
