My office is involved with outreach for BYU. My job combines creative and technical tasks relating to content creation for our office and division. My responsibilities are regarding outreach for BYU Admissions, including website content, training content, social media (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), regular internal reports, and events (TargetX). I have also served as the admissions rep for three local high schools, and have collaborated on large projects within our division, such as a new admission application and a BYU style guide. Recently, I am working on graphic design projects in coordination with BYU CommTech.

As a Graphic Designer, I constructed portions of the website, designed banner ads, posters, flyers, infographics, and promotional materials.

I worked as an Editor for the Curriculum Development team, where I was assigned to oversee a team of editors to review courses before they were published. My job was to go through all course materials and check for content and clarity. In this capacity I managed a team of copy-editors.

Extensive editing of online course documents including tests, lesson notes, and other materials.

I worked under Sister Janet Chritensen as a Teacher's Assistant for her ENG 201 and 101 courses. Usually I would enter grades or grade papers, but sometimes I would substitute in her class. Also, I communicated frequently with students in her class. At one point I was responsible for meeting individually with each student to talk about their research papers. I ended up meeting with 85 students over the course of two weeks.
