I have been working in the employee development and Human resources field for several years. During my career I have served in various leadership/management roles. I am a highly motivated individual who thrives on finding new and innovative ways to solve complex problems in any environment. As a leader, I understand that it is only through those who can I succeed. My biggest passion is helping other, which is what drew me to a career in HR and employee development. I truly enjoy being that broker for employees when they have questions or concerns regarding benefits, pay, leave etc. I also enjoy creating partnerships with the managers I work with. My goal is to always keep an open mind, continue to expand my HR knowledge and to put forth the best efforts I possibly can by sharing my knowledge with others to create a stronger team that can accomplish all tasks together in a timely manner.
