• Conduct day to day project coordination, planning and implementation across multiple teams to create influence workflow and deliver excellence service to customer. • Assist in making appointment, client consultation, answering queries via phone and email to maintain manageable and organised customer portfolios. • Upgrade new decoration design and items to provide multiple options to satisfy customer’s needs. • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with retailers and stakeholders (such as wedding receptions and restaurant owners) in order to deliver profitable benefits for both businesses and create win-win situations. • Manage budget and perform cost tracking of each party event by utilising Microsoft excel to minimise expenses and mitigate profit margins. • Assist colleagues to deliver wedding decorating tools and consumables to event destinations punctually. Perform final quality check and verify commodities prior to each event delivery trip. • Diversify and provide excellent service to customers in various ethnic groups (such as Vietnamese, Australian, Indian and Middle East). Allow customer to select wedding styles from eastern to western design layouts.
