- Head of the Marketing Department that focuses on student recruitments, short term and long term marketing strategy- Coordinate with Marketing Officer and General Manager to work out quarterly marketing promotion to improve student recruitment for ELICOS (for under and over 18 years old students). We work on promotion to offer to our education agents as well as to direct students/parents.- Develop a long term marketing plan for AICE in order to improve sales and a consistent communication system for stakeholders including admin staffs, marketing officers, accounts and education agents.- Coordinate with Marketing Officer and make decision on new Marketing material such as brochures and promotional flyers. - Develop and manage different marketing events in campus for agents and students such as Agent Information Day, Lunar New Year party for students and staffs, etc.- Promote AICE at education expos in Vietnam and Thailand. I represented AICE to introduce the college to parents and students overseas. The event included presentation and consultation sessions.- Experience in working with under 18 year old students.

- Part of the Marketing Department of both the Australian Academic of Commerce and Cambridge College International- In charge of international student recruitment for mostly South East Asian market, as well as some other European and South American countries in the ELICOS and VET sector.- Establishing and maintaining business partnership with B2B clients - education agents.- Developing short term marketing strategies including monthly & quarterly promotional pricing, identifying and focusing on courses that needed to be promoted and proposing big scale expansion for the Group.- Working closely with the Accounting Department to develop pricing strategies and promotions, as well as to follow up agent's commission.- Dealing with students and education agents inquiries on a daily basis- Travelling yearly to South East Asian countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and Cambodia for business to develop the agents listing from offshore, also to collect accurate information about the offshore market from the field. I was visiting numerous of agents in the big cities of Vietnam and in Bangkok, Thailand to improve our business partnership and observe the market demand in person.- Supervising events for students and partners from both colleges such as Christmas Party, quarterly party and occasional morning tea. We successfully organised the Annual Christmas party at Marquee (700 guests), on a private cruise (900 guests) and most recently at Star Bar (700 guests). This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders and third party hospitality and entertainment organisations such as Marquee at The Star, restaurants, DJ and event coordinators.- Maintaining student's satisfaction after enrolment as well as resolving students and agents issues within the college operation.- Updating on education and migration regulations domestically and internationally. I am also familiar with the system of ASQA and PRISM.

- Developing new business opportunity for the company such as education and especially migration deals- Coordinating with other education/migration agents in Sydney to create a business network where they can share customers and jobs- Constantly updating the Australian Migration Laws and Regulations to cope with the market demands in migrating and studying in Australia- Dealing with new and current clients to maintain the business relationship and obtain the new business opportunity

- In charge of international student recruitment from the onshore and offshore South East Asian market- Implementing marketing strategies including pricing strategy and networking to build business partnership with B2B clients, which are education agents- Contacting and dealing directly with big size businesses to develop Online English course package with their employees who are on Working Holiday Visa- Participating in running study tour that contains of 150 university students from Korea for 2 months in Sydney. I was coordinating with staffs from Central Queensland University including admission, student services, marketing and teachers to occupy 150 students studying and touring.- Business trip to Vietnam to exploit business opportunity in the international market in November 2014.
