Started work at Dollar general in McDowell Kentucky December 2013. Employed until May of 2014. Experience with customer service, cleaning, stocking etc. Left because I got married and moved away. Started work at Subway in June of 2014 because I could not find another job around here at the time. Did not want to work there. But after 2 years I was put into the drivers seat. I manage/run the store now. I'm in control of hiring/training/firing employees ;counting/handling/depositing money, ordering products for the store, taking inventory, making the schedules, putting up all the products that I ordered for the store and leading my team the best and proficent way I know how. I also passed and completed a management training course that was held in Lexington in 2015. I face some of the most stress that a restaurant manager has to deal with, and I handle it extremely well. I deep clean on a regular basis, keep everything organized daily. Paperwork is always turned in on time, or even early. I also install, fix things that need it. I open 5 days a week Monday - Friday so I make all the prep, bread, cookies etc for the store also. I also help run the front line when needed be, and try to provide the best customer service that I can. I can't possibly describe everything that I do for my job, but just know I try my best everyday to do a job well done. Very dependable Christian man. Thanks.
