• Help lead a team of 7 data scientists to contribute $100M in value to the business in 2017; including projects such as intelligent metrics for maintenance schedules, asset life extension applications, & customer facing problem resolutions.• Create processes to help improve the data science project life cycle including requirements documentation, project stage gates, and management approval.• Work in agile format to create sustainable solutions for internal GE Transportation stakeholders in order to drive the transformation towards a digital industrial business.

• Responsible for all on-site marketing messaging, materials, and promotions for the 7000+ stations across the East of Rockies footprint.• Align creative agencies in order to create tailored marketing messages that promote our strategic goals of increased consumer loyalty, volume uplift targets, and quality fuel content. • Manage the $30 million dollar B2C budget for the East of Rockies marketing communication team including working across teams to help track annual spend for the organization.

-Responsible for managing inventories at proprietary and third party terminals throughout Illinois and Wisconsin for gas, diesel, and jet products.- Maintain relationships with third party pipelines in order to maintain efficient supply through our supply network.-Manage working capital at terminals to insure safety stock available for customers.

-Responsible for trader performance analysis, market demand tracking, market outlooks, and supply reliability metrics for the business.

-Implemented new planning process for the business as we integrated our supply chain planning process across the Midwest and East/Gulf Coast, in order to view the mid-term planning cycles of 1-5 years ahead.-Created financial models for capital expenditure projects of over $1 million dollars including a review of our Transmix business, as well as Sulfur Removal Assurance for our upgraded refinery.

-Supported the East/Gulf Coast branded sales team responsible for reporting on volumes and site counts, while also forecasting plans for the future.

-Led a team of 49 students in the creation of a student to student communication project within the College of Business, following a trip to represent the College in Germany and Poland. -Taught a section of students in Introduction to Business course at the university-Continue to recruit and interview students for the program annually as an alumni.

-Responsible in creating media plans for BP Corporate advertising initiatives, involving print, digital, television, radio, and non-traditional media formats totaling over $275,000.-Compiled raw consumer data into dozens of relevant charts and graphs illustrating spend of the client and their competitors.-Created target consumer profiles used in client presentations and pitches for new potential clients for the agency.
