I am a self-motivated individual with a superb technical aptitude who thrives on new technologies and dynamic environments. I am highly adaptable, learn quickly and well trained in current technologies with a strong belief in knowledge sharing with team members through mentoring & cross-training. As a Customer myself for nearly 10 years, with knowledge gained in my early Integration & Sales roles, I was able to architect a robust enterprise-level infrastructure reaching up-times in excess of 99.99%. With high resiliency and dynamic capabilities, the environment continually met evolving business requirements & objectives, all while staying at or below projected budgets. In my current Service Provider role, I’ve been able to apply this same knowledge & skill set to help organize and solidify both internal and external customer infrastructures. Prior to my current enterprise role, I have 4 years of experience in the Sales realm with another 4 years at the beginning of my career in Enterprise-Class Systems Integration field. I view my career progression of Integration to Sales to Customer as to why I am adept at working with business partners to efficiently introduce, deploy and lifecycle new technologies into an environment to standardize & solidify the underlying infrastructures. With over 20+ years of Enterprise IT experience, I am able to anticipate, research and recommend new technologies in support of business objectives, followed by architecting, implementing and administering said technologies; all while developing strong relationships leading to expedited work cycles, accurate workload prioritization and experienced problem resolution.
