With over twenty years of experience in the co-op and grocery industry, I am a passionate and skilled merchandising manager at Ever'man Cooperative Grocery & Cafe, a community-owned natural foods store and cafe that promotes healthy living and environmental sustainability. I hold a ServSafe Manager certification, which demonstrates my commitment to food safety and quality standards. I excel at overseeing the operations and category analysis of the store, ensuring optimal product selection, placement, pricing, and promotion. I also work with local and organic suppliers, vendors, and farmers to source the best products for our members and customers. I have a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, and I enjoy creating attractive and engaging displays that showcase our values and mission. In my previous role as an assistant store manager at Hanover Consumer Co Op, I supported the store manager in managing the staff, inventory, and budget of the store, as well as implementing new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. I also have experience as a Muay Thai instructor and group fitness trainer, which reflects my interest in health and wellness, as well as my ability to teach, motivate, and inspire others.
