Collaboration with the director and other physiologists to improve clinical practice companywide including: the fire department program, psychosocial aspects of care, and pulmonology procedures and competencies. Management and co-management of client fire departments to facilitate effective and well adopted preventive medical exams to improve holistic health and reduce injury in San Francisco Bay Area fire fighters. Management of day-to-day operations of a preventive medicine clinic including efficient staffing, patient retention, training new staff, billing, among other responsibilities.

Served as manager and developer of seven evidence-based health intervention programs for those burdened by chronic diseases. Tripled program participation amid changing Covid-19 restrictions. Implemented the use of $120,000 in grant funding to expand programs to those with financial barriers. Co-lead team to develop an innovative, multidisciplinary model to connect economically challenged patients from local hospitals with evidence-based health intervention programs at the YMCA. Streamlined and formalized process to better develop interns in the Health and Wellness department. Successfully lead fundraising efforts for two new exercise machines designed to benefit those that are handicapped/disabled.
