Senior Manager, Deal Operations
CurrentUpon creating the Deal Operations team at Pluralsight, I was promoted to a Sr. Manager role. Built in two team leads that are responsible for day to day Deal Ops coordination, training and coaching team members. Responsibilities now focus on higher level org functions and strategy including yearly planning, headcount/capacity management, cross leadership communication, process documentation, deal strategy, deal reviews, and more. The role is remote, leading a remote team of Deal Operations Analysts across the globe, including a new Deal Ops team being built in India. Management of performance against team goals across weeks, months, and quarters is deepening our team's impact across the business through an increased capacity to handle workloads and the decreasing of turn around times. Much time is dedicated to coaching and training our team leads to produce growth in their roles and improve their leadership skills within the team's day to day activities. Efforts are spread throughout the hierarchy of the team on activities aimed at providing opportunities for growth for our team members and improving the quality of our partnership with stakeholders within Pluralsight. With the ultimate aim to keep our quote to cash processes running smoothly, partnering with Sales and Success teams to close more revenue than ever before.
