Job description:-According to the healthy trend of the food industry, re-combine FixXbody（Want-Want China）brand positioning, brand VI, product line, and formulate the corresponding brand strategy.-Develop brand annual marketing plans, including the pre-consumer portrait analysis, market analysis, competitive research, media strategy and the whole country integrated marketing plan.-Estimate brand annual budget, and the project cost budget splits.-The overall follow-up and control of the marketing project:(1) In charge the whole project follow up and key milestones; (2) Formulate project strategies and creative directions;(3) Supplier communication and media resource control; (4) Ensure the punctual arrival of various materials (5) Business process support for contract rights, fee payment.-External resource expansion:(1) Project supplier resource mining, screening and maintenance; (2) Inter-boundary cooperative resource excavation docking and maintenance;(3) Media and other cooperative resources expansion, screening and maintenance.-Channel operation:(1) Docking third-party TP companies assist in maintaining the daily operations and management of FixXBody e-commerce channels, and promotes e-commerce marketing activities in accordance with marketing plan; (2) Maintain brand connections with different channels and ensure abundant channel product supplies.-Responsible for handling issues related to customer complaints, communicating with the Market Supervision Administration properly handling customer complaints and submitting the results and material documents.Work performance：-Channel performance: Under the limited promotion budget, the total channel performance exceeded 10 million yuan in fiscal year 2020-Brand marketing: Responsible for two events sponsorship projects.Leading different industries cooperation projects-Business resources: accumulation of high-quality business cooperation resources
