- As the co-founder, from zero to one, designed and accomplished the launch of the 1st terminal product (CCDC Dr.Quant) of the company.- Marketing: currently take charge of the marketing activities of all the product functions, including the advertisement via WeChat, banner, product launch event, magazines, newspaper or any other medias. - Customer investigations: be responsible for keeping a close connect with the experts of such as the Bond Issuance, Registration & Depository, Settlement, Collateral from the Headquarter and the investment, risk management from market institutions. - Product research: Also need to explore user’s pain points and requirements of financial terminal, in charge of feasibility analysis, writing BRD of the relevant business and functions. - Product design: plan, design and lead the relevant modules and functions (such as portfolio management, flagship store, bond calculator, etc.). Also be responsible for the prototype design and PRD writing.- Project management: cooperate with the technology development, system testing, data preparation, financial modeling of the project and push forward the release of the product.- Product operations: be responsible for the daily operations and promotion of the products, including Wechat official accounts’ advertisement, online salon, offline roadshow and other training activities.- Team management: lead the UIUE designers accomplish the “Visual Design Specifications 3.0” setup, theme color and the product revision.- Business relationship: keep a close contact with the most bond participants in China, including but not limited to policy banks, mutual funds, banks and securities house.- Business knowledge: familiar with the bond markets, including issuance, trades, settlement, collateral, valuation, index, rating, ESG, etc.

- Deeply involved to the system launch, testing of collateral management;- Frequent negotiate with the counterparty on the new Credit Support Agreement (CSA). - Be responsible for the daily operations of all CSA collateral management process, including but not limited to Margin Call, Dispute Resolution, portfolio reconciliation, etc.

Short Time Assignment in the Fixed Income Derivatives Middle Office- Work as trader / sales support to assist on trade execution, trade amendment, etc.- The relevant products include IRS, CDS, bond auction, etc. - Working systems include MarkitWire, DTCC, ICE, etc.- Lead the HKMA annual survey project and build up the reporting procedure.

- As a team leader, to supervise client service quality, including client valuation report, audit confirmation, dealing confirmation, customer on-board process, etc. These require an proactive communications with the customer. The team always obtained the very high score average 4.8 out of 5 from the customer survey during the past years.- To lead all related business projects such as new business initiatives like CIBM, CIFXM, etc. and system enhancement. Each year I need to review at least 3 new Product Due Diligence and complete 4 to 5 system related projects.- To deal with internal / external audit inspection independently with the result of "Satisfactory" each year.- People management: frequently communicate and 1to1 talk with the colleagues (semi-annually) to know about the people.

- Independently handle trade life cycle activities, including trade validation, confirmation, reconciliation, fixing, corporate actions and settlement, etc. Keep active communications among Sales, Relationship Manager and customers for dealing related matters. Maintain an outstanding record of 0 error or complains from both internal and external customers during the six years. Always win a good feedback from customers for our service.- Develop new business opportunities, such as (1) the 1st foreign bank of getting license for onshore RMB FX option and completed the 1st trade with onshore customer; (2) among the 1st banks in China markets to trade Credit Risk Mitigation Agreement/Warrant; (3) be the advanced position to have products or service of Gold Futures, SHCH Central Clearing, CFETS E-confirmation, Base Metal, etc in the China market with a very close relationship with CFETS, SCH, SHFE & other stake holders.- Coordinate and participate in various internal / external projects including treasury new product initiative, procedure manuals, treasury system enhancement, etc. Each year I need to take the review for 3 to 4 new product and new system related projects. - Supervise the team to process various external derivatives transactions (FI, Corporate, Wealth Management), over 25 products such as structured derivatives, rates derivatives, equity derivatives, option, futures, commodity derivatives, etc. for Treasury and PRC branches.- Provide solutions to any daily issues for internal and external stake holders and perform job training to new staff onboard.

- Supervise process of system data maintenance, credit risk earmark and market data maintenance including but not limited to exchange rates, interest rates, SSI, etc. Keep an high efficiency for these task performed during the period.- Liquidity Management - analyze, prepare and arrange cashflows of all nostro accounts in accordance with the internal / regulator's policy correctly and timely. Monitor the cash balances of over 20 nostro accounts with local and overseas correspondent banks against the target balances established as per bank’s requirements. - Conduct investigations on operational / control snags within the team and prepare the internal / external reports.
