After spending much time with our residential Tech Ops team, I've recently made the switch to supporting our Sales people on the Commercial side. Currently, I support Sales people all across the region by ensuring everything is in place for them to sale to customers & to provide guidance on issues that may impact our ability to make sales.Previously, I worked as part of a dispatch team, responsible for coordinating resources among various departments to resolve escalated customer issues as well as providing support to our fellow dispatch teams and assisting with special projects as needed. We also recently launched the help desk for our technicians in the field, where we provide real time support to our field teams in an attempt to reduce the amount of time it takes to install new service & provide a positive customer experience.Before working Dispatch, I held three sales positions; an Inbound Sales role with Comcast and two retail positions with Sprint and Good Guys. It was during these times that I was fortunate enough to work with & learn from people what it truly meant to be focused on the customer, whether they be external or internal.While I do enjoy my current role, I think my favorite part has to be the opportunity to be a resource for the other members of my team & my department.
