The responsibility of every car on the lot was mine. I took the pictures, made sure it went to service and detail and where it was located on the lot. I was in control of the keys for every vehicle as well. I was manager of every one in service, detail, and the lot.

I excelled in motivating the sales team to achieve new business targets. Worked closely with the technical support and operations teams to ensure successful and smooth delivery of quality client services around the clock. I regularly reported achievements versus budget forecasts to the General Manager. I over seen the operations training, presentation and product training to new and existing sales staff. Constantly in touch with retail customer in order to ensure they received quality support all time.
