As the IT Director, I lead the operation and development teams to execute initiatives on scalable, cloud-based solutions that align with PlanTools’s strategic goals. This role involves overseeing a diverse team of engineers, developers, and product managers to build and maintain secure, reliable, and innovative software platforms that serve thousands of users globally.I drove the technical vision, ensuring the SaaS product architecture is robust, flexible, and optimized for performance, security, and user experience. Collaborating closely with other executive leaders to align PlanTools with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market demands. Responsibilities include setting the technical roadmap, managing large-scale infrastructure, optimizing cloud services, and ensuring seamless integration with existing PlanTools services.In leading this project, I fostered a culture of innovation and technical excellence, encouraging the adoption of emerging technologies such machine learning and data analytics to enhance the SaaS offering. Lastly, I was responsible for ensuring that the platform scales efficiently, supports PlanTools’s global user base, and remains at the forefront of technological advancements in the SaaS space.

Installed, maintained, and repaired over 100 miles of electrical power systems.Troubleshooting electrical systems, reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics, and conducting routine inspections to prevent system failures on high-alert facilities for both the Air Force and Space Force.Procurement Lead for Civil Engineering. Collaborated with contractors, vendors, and government officials across numerous military branches, agencies and countries to manage and oversee large-scale government contracts worth $300 Billion to meet military standards and requirements, negotiate contracts, oblige federal regulations and have a depth of technical knowledge for complex large-scale government procurement processes.Saved the Air Force $600 million in government spend spanning 2 years by implementing new technology initiatives that reduced time, money, providing substantial efficiencies and most importantly human error.
