PlanTools, LLC was established in 2002 offering the market its flagship risk management product that provides an integrated investment policy statement with a quarterly investment monitoring and selection report. In 2009, the company was acquired by Fiduciary Risk Assessment LLC (“FRA”), a consulting company and PlanTools parent company.
PlanTools is a cloud-based Software as a Service company specializing in custom built and retail web-based solutions that primarily services the financial services market. FRA is the consulting arm.
Our mission is to build a best-in-class integrated technology platform of multiple plan metrics that supports advisors, plans sponsors and individual participants.
We write, test, and release our own code making our solutions more reliable, stable, secure, and innovative.
