About Justin Worth

After exiting my 'real' job in 2003 for the mountains, I have enjoyed the challenge of culminating my skills learned whilst away to start my own 'customer centric' ski hire business, Snopro. I am particularly interested in methods of growth that embrace technology for increased efficiency. 2014 I Co-founded 'Bikeaholic' in Queenstown. A way to diversify my revenue streams and again work within one of my passions. Bikeaholic and Snopro are under continual evolution to adapt in such competitive times. Since 2018 I have been highly engaged in manging the development of our proprietry software Select-a-Ski to enhance guest booking experience with speed and accuracy as well as reducing training time for staff by incorporating user flows to manage bookings and inventory. Now launched in 2024.
