CurrentFull cycle recruiting from sourcing, screening, project references, background checks, offer stage, on-boarding process Work closely with Sr. Account Managers to identify best candidate for open requirements and projects. Extensive candidate sourcing through internet leads, associate referrals, direct recruiting, competitor research Identify resources in MIS/IT (Linux/UNIX, Windows/Solaris)Sys Admins, Helpdesk/Desktop Support, Operations and Business Functions professionals (BDM, PM, BSA, BI, etc.) Database Developers, Software Engineers (Frontend, Middle Tier, Server/Backend and Embedded), Non IT candidates. Attracts potential candidates/customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services by our company. Maintain candidate/customer records by updating account information in system.Hands on experience in problem solving and keeping the candidate/customer happy with our service.
