My role with the company was to assist in the design and installation of lighting, sound, and laser systems for the nightclub/bar/small venue industry. Showtime works with businesses of various sizes creating solutions to fit their particular budget and the feel of their venue in order to accentuate the atmosphere and attract and entertain patrons.I gained included design and customer skills through this position, working with clients to come up with system solutions for their particular needs. I also gained experience in my ability to problem solve on the spot through troubleshooting and making frequent changes/upgrades to existing systems.

I was responsible for contributing to and managing projects from presentation to implementation for this AV, lighting, security, and hotel rental company. I worked to design, produce, install, and maintain audio, video, lighting, teleconferencing, and control systems for business and educational applications.I joined Dobil in the winter of 2013 during a particularly busy time for the company, and learned to assimilate to the new environment through the fast paced and continuously changing jobs that were sold and worked on. I was able to hone and expand my skill set through contributing to a variety of different projects, customer interaction, training and demonstration throughout my time there.My progress and success there included learning how to work even more effectively on my own or with others on a variety of projects and in different applications from implementing systems that were new to me, to increased customer interaction and individual responsibility.

I began work with SMARTSolution Technologies while still in college, working my way through my education. My learning process here was intensive and fast paced, expanding my technical background and knowledge of the way technology businesses run. My responsibilities here began with everything from the design, production and installation of systems and grew to include my first exposure to customer/contact communication, training sessions with clients, training/orientation of new employees, a travelling work life, and managing projects across the country.Positive feedback from customers and coworkers contributed to my development at the company, a higher position and increased responsibility. I found myself in a constantly evolving role with a growing company and was able to make significant progress that would continue throughout my working career.
