-Supervising other undergraduate Research Assistants in the Linnenbrink-Garcia Lab -Working to assist the MI Motivate Lab in its efforts to better understand student motivation in STEM related fields-Bridging the gap between Research Assistants and PHD Students in order to maintain a productive work environment -Managing data, processing interview transcripts, assisting PHD students with individual projects-Research focus: to identify personal and contextual factors that support or discourage student engagement and persistence in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) fields – with a specific focus on better supporting female, first-gen, and minoritized students STEM engagement.
