INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT- Delivered case study publication: "Negocios Inclusivos: Creando Valor en America Latina" (Inclusive Business: Creating Value in Latin America) for SNV-WBCSD’s Alliance for Inclusive Business. - Led the development and training of the Netherlands Development Organization’s (SNV) Public Policy Toolkit, an organizational product featuring best practices, tools, and methodologies identified in collaboration with 12 experts from 5 Latin American countries.- Provided feedback to members of SNV Latin America’s executive management team to ensure clarity in strategic objectives, targets and indicators outlined by project proposals.PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH- Designed and produced Public Policy Toolkit to guide SNV’s public policy advisors work with government agencies in 5 Latin American countries. - Researched the international market for inclusive business and related initiatives, establishing baselines and precedents for SNV product development.- Delivered market research and assisted a strategic planning process to identify community needs and potential projects for United Way of Monterey County’s pilot program on youth capacity development. EVENT MANAGEMENT- Provided logistics for SNV’s internal product development meetings held in Costa Rica, Ecuador, and the United States (Boston, Miami and San Francisco) in coordination with consultants from Monitor Group.

- Deployed the Linking Nongovernmental Organizations (NGOs) with Capacity Services (LINCS) event in Ecuador, for market-based knowledge networking and network development, with the participation of 7 international NGOs, 20 Ecuadorian NGOs, and 25 Ecuadorian service providers.- Created a marketing toolkit, outlining the key steps and communications collateral necessary to ensure successful promotion of future LINCS events, drawing upon lessons learned from the event in Ecuador.
