- Sustain a quota of closing up to 2 deals per month in order to meet current metrics and optimize organizational growth
- Review resumes and conduct interviews to determine the skills and qualifications of hundreds of candidates leveraging Linkedin and the in-house database to satisfy the client's job requirements
- Serve as the mediating party for both clients and candidates to negotiate salary, hourly rates, and contract details when job offers are extended in order to maximize company margins of over 33%
- Onboarded and supervised over 25 contractors throughout the entire contract length, scheduling one-on-one meetings to ensure positive contractor performance and critiquing when necessary, and validating contractor's.
- Create strong relationships with local and national healthcare clients and understand the correct needs, skill gaps, and company culture to fill open positions
