This has led to a number of recent portfolio valuations for internal review within organisations, financial statements and as expert evidence matrimonial proceedings.• Landlord and Tenant Act matters including rent reviews and lease renewals of both commercial and residential properties, for private individuals and institutions: Including the rent review of a 120,000 sqft; 1906, former railway carriage works on the South Coast on behalf of the landlord, which was the subject of the leading Landlord and Tenant case, Denis & Robinson Ltd v Kiossos Establishment (1987) 54 P&CR 282, prior to negotiating the sale of the property to the tenants, in the last year of their lease.• Property Management, building and service charge advice.• Expert Evidence in Litigation and Arbitration.
