Manage, write and produce the responses to RFIs, RFPs and finalist presentations for card processing and related products for medium to large businesses and public sector entities resulting in revenue from thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars for each client. Prospects and clients include a variety of global regions and industries, including: healthcare, private/public universities, quick service restaurants, hotel/hospitality, insurance providers and small to large retailers.Utilize internal tools and databases, including Qvidian, SharePoint and Salesforce to automate and document our work. Manage and collaborate with internal and external teams to gather information to craft a narrative that properly demonstrates our value and positions us for success.

Design and administer our SharePoint and Qvidian environments, including creating new document types and templates, creating and managing group and user accounts and designing workflows and metadata fields to make information easily searchable and accessible. Directly support 40 Qvidian and 20 SharePoint users while indirectly supporting 15 Qvidian users and over 150 SharePoint users. Procure and manage all client-facing proposal and presentation content from a number of teams and outside contractors within our SharePoint and Qvidian databases including over 2,000 content items. Design and maintain over 250 unique, reusable PowerPoint presentations. Write or edit over 900 original Qvidian content items and update over 1,700 items (many multiple times). Our efforts resulted in securing numerous multimillion dollar deals and a successful pilot program for a new type of call center for a major global telecommunications company and an increase to our overall win rate.

Support a variety of sales efforts, including: RFI/RFP responses, follow-on business proposals and performance reviews resulting in closing a number of multimillion dollar deals with industry leaders. Create templates and format PowerPoint sales presentations, Data Sheets, White Papers, Case Studies, Press Release and other B2B communications. Review all copy and design to ensure that it conforms to our brand standard and messaging while reinforcing our brand identity with clients. Create external presentations for company executives, including a prominent talk at SXSW.

In support of Project Management Office Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft (PM NSRWA):Create and manage all print and multimedia assets supporting any efforts to secure funding or legislative support for the PMO, including design, copywriting and editing. Design logos and branding materials for the various offices within PM NSRWA, including all of the products currently supported while maintaining a consistent look and feel for the PMO. My support for the PMO’s success resulted in a commendation from the Program Executive Officer of Aviation, Major General Crosby.

In support of Project Management Office Unmanned Aircraft Systems (PM UAS):Create and manage all print and multimedia assets in support of the PM’s mission, including production of a long-form annual trade magazine on the progress of our office for distribution to senior Department of Defense leadership and the aviation industry. In support of PMO- Aviation Systems, Joint Cargo Aircraft Product Directorate:Create and manage all print and multimedia assets to present to Congress, OSD (Office of the Secretary of Defense) and General Officer-level meetings. Design and create all trade show materials, including the actual booth and video assets.
