I'm currently a program management specialist for the Asia-Pacific region at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). In this role, I support project management and field operations as well as the delivery of electoral technical assistance and civil society programming. Across different roles at IFES, I have worked on electoral support and inclusive political participation programs in Myanmar, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Fiji, in addition to supporting Southeast Asia regional disability rights programs. These programs included activities in the areas of electoral operations, political finance, women's political participation, disability rights and inclusion, and civic and voter education.In addition to IFES, I have worked at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) with the Public Governance Directorate's gender equality unit. With this unit, I supported research, analysis, report writing, and events on the issues of gender-based violence, women’s political participation, and gender mainstreaming.I hold a Master’s in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po’s Paris School of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Affairs from Wake Forest University.
