I lead Mississippi’s largest public housing authority and its real estate development subsidiary the South Mississippi Housing Development Corporation. We have a combined real estate portfolio valued at over $120M and an annual operating budget of just over $100M with offices in Gulfport, Hattiesburg, and Moss Point.

We own and operate a small family coffee roasting company focused upon delivering fresh, organic, ethically sourced coffee both wholesale and retail. Most importantly, each and every order supports non-profit mission work around the world. Grounds of Hope truly is Coffee on a Mission!!

Brookstone is also one of the Nation's leading consulting firms working with Public Housing Authorities throughout the U.S. To date, we have completed over 30 consulting projects including the successful conversion of over 4,000 units of Public Housing via the RAD program. Served as Director of Multifamily Housing for the South Carolina State Office, directing both the FHA development and asset management teams. Responsible for $350M in new FHA projects and directing the existing 30,000 unit portfolio. Also served as Public Housing Division Director in the North Carolina field office where I was responsible for $2.1B in Federal funds invested in 126 Public Housing Agencies.

Assistant Executive Director - directing management & operations for development firm. AHM utilizes capital from various Public & Private sources to develop and operate multi-family housing for lower income households.

Directed Housing & Community Development division for one of the fastest growing municipalities in the country. Directly responsible for $14 million dollar annual operating budget and capital investment plan.

Directed Performance Measurement & Benchmark Analysis for Town of Appomattox, VA municipal administration. Directed state-wide assessment of economic development strategic planning in Virginia.

Managed high volume case load of administrative law petitions. Aided clients from intake to collection of fees. Prepared research on Doe v. Chao prior to being argued at the U.S. Supreme Court.
