Additional duties include Information Assurance Security Officer, Telephone Control Officer, COMSEC Manager, System Administrator and Network Manager. Was responsible for leading, supervising, and training six first line supervisors and seven technicians.

Planned and executed the procurement, installation, operation, and maintenance of all automation equipment. Planned, deployed, managed, and maintained classified and non-classified tactical networks. Was responsible for creating and maintaining the unit's public (Internet) and private (Intranet) websites. Was responsible for operating an issue resolution "help desk" in support of more than 150 computers and over 210 users. Provided accurate and up-to-date technical advice to the commander and staff on all automation and technical issues.
